Notice regarding the status of backordered products from Spain


Thank you very much for visiting us at the pet exhibition "INTERPET" held from April 1st to 4th.

It is currently taking some time to deliver to customers who ordered at the venue.

Due to the fact that the timing of the order overlapped with the Easter holidays in Spain, the delivery to Japan has been delayed.

We are very sorry to keep you waiting, but we will ship it as soon as it arrives in Japan, so please wait for a while.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the number of international flights has been reduced, and depending on how long it takes for customs inspections after arrival in Japan, the products that are backordered will be delivered around the beginning of May.

For customers who were planning to wear the new Brott collar and leash during Golden Week, we would like to inform you in advance that there is a possibility that you will not be able to make it in time.
